New Residency Location Belgrade

From autumn 2027, Belgrade will complement the Landis & Gyr Foundation’s residency program, further strengthening the Foundation’s focus on East-Central and Southeast Europe.

For the first time within the Landis & Gyr Foundation, Swiss artists will be able to live and work in Belgrade as part of a residency. The Foundation is collaborating with the association Atelier Belgrad / Атеље Београд , which manages the residency apartment in Belgrade and provides on-site support to the residents. This new location builds on the Foundation’s established residencies in Budapest, Bucharest, and Sofia, which for years have facilitated exchange between Swiss artists and the local art scenes.
